Camp is for the Campers

Friday, June 30th, 2006

Recently THESE PEOPLE (the Matt, Aaron, Chris, Joel chapter) were lucky enough to spend a few days at MDA Camp at Camp Cavell in Lexington, Michigan. This year the big activity was making music videos. A few months ago my brother Paul (who has volunteered there for years) called me up and asked if the guys and I would be interested in going to camp to help shoot and edit with him. These People Go Canadian. . .and you can come with

Thursday, June 22nd, 2006

It\’s one in the morning and I just got out of the longest screening ever recorded of the movie \”CARS\” so I\’ll be brief, but it\’s Wednesday and as is sometimes our custom we\’ve posted TWO new sketches!

GOOD TIMES (which there is already a blog about,) a super funny sketch shot on location in the official city of choice of most of These People TORONTO, ON in and around the home of the \”window box\” the Downtown Marriott Hotel. We had never had so much trouble deciding on a song as we did for this sketch, but we\’re very happy with our final decision.

CAN YOU HEAR ME? Our first but certainly not LAST trip into the genre of self-reflection, Joel turns in another perfect performance as our star of the silent screen. And oddly enough another sketch we changed the song on right before we posted it. Go figure.
